Independent Contractor Notice
Caregivers providing services through Allevia Senior Care operate as independent contractors and are not employees of the agency. Independent contractors manage their own schedules and methods of service delivery while partnering with Allevia Senior Care to provide dependable care for clients.

You will provide personalized, non-medical support that meets each individual’s unique needs and preferences, while maintaining independence in how you deliver services.

Caregiver Responsibilities
- Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Companionship and social engagement
- Observe and report changes or concerns regarding overall well-being
- Medication reminders (timely prompts only)
- Documentation and communication as required
